"Mellow Mood": George Marinakis - piano & keyboards, Angelos Marinakis - tenor sax, Dimitris Bilias - bass, Dimitris Katsoulis - drums, Varinka Boseman - vocals.

"Mellow Mood" was formed in 1995 by the pianist and composer George Marinakis. Their music style varies between traditional Jazz and modern Fusion, with melodies and rhythms from Swing and Blues up to Latin and Funk.

Their music has always melodic base but also intense improvisation, with a repertoire that consists of modern arrangements on known standards, as well as original compositions of George Marinakis. Their first album "Oppositions" was released in January 2006 by "Soulincident". They have played at many cultural events and they appear frequently in various live music venues of Athens.
